If you are keen to save money on selling your home we at Paul Vitti Residential can help.
For a flat, up front fee, we will take and database details of your home, take photographs and prepare short sales particulars of your home, upload to our own website, www.rightmove.co.uk, www.vebra.co.uk, place a for sale board at your home and put prospective purchasers in touch with you direct - you do the rest.
Paul Vitti Residential Direct is for marketing only. It includes a site visit, photographs, brief sales particulars preparation, insertion to our own website, vebra and rightmove, erection of For Sale / Sold stc boards, and introduction to potential buyers, only.
The cost for this no frills service is only £999 plus VAT and here’s the good bit – if at any time you wish to transfer to the full service, just give us a call and in the event of a successful sale we will deduct your initial fee from our normal commission rates applicable at that time.

LETTINGS Direct
Need a tenant but want to manage the house yourself? - no problem.
At Paul Vitti Residential Property Management we also offer an introduction only service to landlords.
On instruction from you, we will database and market your home, find a suitable tenant, reference them, draw up a tenancy agreement, transfer utilities, retain a deposit unless you are registered to hold one, and prepare a statement of account.
All this comes at the cost of one month’s rent inclusive of VAT collectable on the signing of the agreement by the tenant.
Should you require an inventory and schedule of condition we will be happy to prepare one for £60 plus VAT and we will invoice you separately. Safety certificates and EPC’s can also be arranged for a separate fee, payable in advance.
