The Government have just announced the suspension of the ill conceived Home Information Packs (HIPS).
Thank goodness common sense has now prevailed because this now allows us to market your property almost immediately. All we need before going ahead is an energy performance certificate and approved details from you and we can then do what we do best - sell your house.
