In 1893 my great grandfather, Angelo Vitti came to England from Sette Fratte, a small village in the Province of Frosinone, just south of Rome. He settled in Swindon, eventually buying a large house (formerly the Rhinoceros public house), in Albert Street and eventually all the adjoining cottages in the road. He married and had ten children, two boys, six girls and two infants who died. One boundary of the grounds was in ‘Little London’, a wall to dormitories, and in that building he let the poor people of Swindon find shelter for a couple of pennies a night - nearly a hundred years before ‘affordable housing’ became politicians buzz words.
So, as you can see, one way or another, we have been helping people to find homes in and around Swindon for over a century.
But that was then and this is now, and you know, there’s much more to estate agency than meets the eye. At Paul Vitti Residential, we have all the experience, skill, local knowledge and enthusiasm needed to help you.
Our dedicated staff are hard working professionals who enjoy helping people to realise their dreams and in this dedication and hard work lies our continuing success.
It is important to us that you are made to feel welcome and not just as though you are a computer number, but it is equally important that all the modern marketing tools and techniques are available to you.
To this end we have invested heavily in the very latest state of the art technology to compliment the age old, tried and tested, personal method of estate agency. It is a combination that produces friendships as well as outstanding results.
